Overview Beztak is looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring the overall sales goals of the community are met. This is achieved by making incoming and outgoing calls, touring prospective residents, developing connections throughout the area, and consistently securing new leads/leases. Essential Functions Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates Completes community tours in a manner that meets company expectations Completes the daily marketing checklist Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed Personal Qualities Flexible, innovative and demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment Able to handle problems as they arise in relation to the operation of the community Collect data and establish facts to draw valid conclusion when problems arrive. Work Environment This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light. You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
