Responsibilities Provide assistance to management on potential business needs leads, and follows-up on existing customers, in order to help develop product sales. Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with the customer. Develops and masters researching techniques to identify prospective customers, and to identify the decision makers in the prospective organizations. Develops and manages relationships with assigned prospects and customers and works with the sales staff to assess account potential. Assists in up-selling opportunities. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
