Responsibilities Lead client acquisition and long-term relationship management for the Agriculture division employers
Drive business development initiatives across both the Agriculture and Accounting divisions
Oversee and facilitate end-to-end H-2A visa application and workforce placement processes
Act as primary liaison between employers, legal advisors, recruitment teams, and internal operations
Educate clients on compliance standards, regulatory timelines, and housing requirements
Design scalable onboarding and account management systems
Identify operational efficiencies and service improvement opportunities
Build, mentor, and lead a client partnerships and business development team
Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
Requirements Experience in agriculture staffing, immigration services, or workforce solutions
