Role Overview
Andrews & Cole is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company's multi-channel growth initiatives. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the digital ecosystem, from high-level lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs to the fine-tuned coordination of paid media and third-party commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-centric leader capable of managing complex CRM systems, agency partnerships, and performance tools to drive brand loyalty and measurable traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Oracle systems to drive customer retention, lifecycle journeys, and the growth of the Loyalty Club .
Manage and oversee Google and Meta advertising strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for external agencies to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
Lead the strategy and performance oversight for third-party delivery and commerce platforms, including Instacart and DoorDash .
Supervise social media tooling and advanced analytics to monitor brand sentiment, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Manage website performance and implement digital tools designed to increase high-quality inbound traffic and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven leadership experience is required, with a track record of managing high-performing marketing teams and external agency partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Extensive experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Oracle environments.
Expert-level understanding of the Google and Meta advertising ecosystems.
Familiarity with the backend and promotional levers of third-party marketplaces like Instacart and DoorDash .
Proficiency in social media listening tools and web analytics to translate raw data into actionable marketing strategies.
