About the Role: Join The Learning Experience as the Director of Curriculum, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping educational programs that inspire young minds. Implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with early childhood education standards.

Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations.
Engage with parents and community stakeholders to promote educational initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Requirements:
A Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum design and early childhood education.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in educational program management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
