JOB: Emerald City Smoothie is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager Marketing Manager (Specialty Food/ Health & Nutrition). Full time (40 hours/ week). Serve as the Marketing Manager with a focus on the expansion of health and nutrition related beverages and foods: Develop and implement sales and marketing policies for the expansion of operations and production lines, based on industry knowledge and market surveys; Evaluate, screen and select marketing plans and operations, including traditional, digital and social media platforms; evaluate current and planned marketing budgets; Evaluate and formulate the specialized and focused marketing plans according to availability of product lines, seasonal changes, and market factors; Advise the company with product and facility expansions into franchises/ affiliations as available; Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales; coordinate in-store events, tastings, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness; Collaborate with local influencers and businesses to expand our reach in the community; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); work closely with store management to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals; provide marketing support for new product launches. Qualifications Requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing (or foreign equivalent), and 1 year of experience as a General/ Marketing Manager, with a focus on health and nutrition beverages/ foods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
