Commercial Lines Account Manager – Help Build Innovative Insurance Programs Hybrid / Remote (Charlotte, NC hub – Southeast candidates preferred) Vayga Insurance Partners is a boutique firm specializing in innovative commercial insurance solutions. We design custom risk programs, group captives, proprietary coverages, and technology-enabled analytics that deliver greater control, transparency, and cost efficiency for businesses. We are in a period of significant growth and are establishing our new operations hub in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Key initiatives include: Developing and scaling proprietary commercial auto insurance programs tailored to niche industries Advancing toward Lloyd’s of London Coverholder status within the next eight months, enabling expanded capacity and underwriting authority Relocating and expanding our team in the Charlotte region We seek an experienced Commercial Lines professional who is adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to building new programs from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to have meaningful input on emerging initiatives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Support the design, launch, and management of proprietary commercial auto programs Contribute to the Lloyd’s Coverholder application process, including development of underwriting guidelines and operational frameworks Manage full-cycle client relationships: coverage analysis, policy placement, renewals, claims coordination, and strategic risk advising Collaborate with a small, high-performing team to deliver tailored solutions Utilize modern insurance management tools and data-driven analytics Professional Development & Benefits Rapid skill advancement through hands-on exposure to innovative structures, global markets, and emerging technologies Support for professional certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) with reimbursement and mentorship Hybrid/remote flexibility with emphasis on results and work-life balance Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus, generous PTO.
