Neuberger Berman's US Intermediary Marketing team is focused on driving meaningful engagement and growth across the financial advisor community. We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate the growth of our US Intermediary business through advanced digital strategies, data-driven insights, and innovative multi-channel campaigns. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented role that sits at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, and channel strategy. The Demand Generation Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts — with a deep understanding of financial advisor behaviors and preferences guiding every decision. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with US Intermediary business priorities and growth objectives Deliver channel- and segment-specific digital engagement strategies that leverage real-time analytics to optimize impact and conversion Lead A/B testing strategies and execution to continuously improve engagement, lead quality, and campaign performance Monitor and optimize campaigns across channels for maximum ROI, making data-driven decisions to refine tactics Audience Insights & Personalization Develop detailed financial advisor personas, mapping behaviors and preferences to recommended marketing actions Leverage analytics to inform content development, ensuring materials resonate with target audiences and drive measurable outcomes Help evolve and demonstrate the effectiveness of lead scoring models to improve pipeline quality and sales alignment Cross-Channel Campaign Management Translate business objectives into integrated multi-channel campaigns spanning email, digital, social, and other relevant channels Demonstrate expertise across key digital marketing tactics including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid media Partner with digital marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistent messaging Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Report on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership, delivering clear and actionable insights Use analytics and performance data to drive continuous improvement across lead generation and nurturing programs Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and the financial services sector Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with digital marketing, sales, content, and product teams to innovate and refine demand generation strategies Maintain a strong working knowledge of Neuberger Berman's brand, products, and value proposition within the US Intermediary market Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to channel and segment marketing teams on demand generation best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles; securities or financial services industry experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of financial advisor behaviors, preferences, and the intermediary distribution landscape Strong knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, spam compliance, A/B testing, trigger/drip/welcome campaigns, and performance benchmarking Proven track record developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and drive optimization Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering performance reports to senior leadership Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment Preferred / Technical Skills Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, AEM) and CRM tools (Salesforce) Experience with digital analytics and paid media tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, or Workfront Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma) for reporting and performance analysis Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore) and marketing technology supporting campaign performance measurement Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive-ready presentations and reporting This is a hybrid position. Currently, the hybrid work schedule for this position is 3 days in the office. Please understand that the hybrid schedule may be modified or eliminated at any time at Neuberger Berman’s discretion. Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
