The Role & Company Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
Manage multiple product portfolios and oversee key market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify market trends and collaborate with marketing teams to drive distributor initiatives.
Lead new product development support and successful product launches.
Oversee financial forecasting and long-term sales planning.
Travel up to 25 % to meet with clients and industry partners.
Requirements (Desirable, Not Essential) 5+ years of experience in account management within petrochemical, additives, or petroleum industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience managing multiple direct reports and large sales territories.
Strong financial acumen and consultative sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
