Responsibilities
Creating and executing a market specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real‑time needs.
Meeting regularly with customers in sales market to understand their needs.
Educating customers on Crawford's value‑add offerings.
Identifying and pursuing existing customer opportunities.
Building long‑term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
Championing Crawford's brand in the local community.
Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry related experience.
Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
