We have partnered with a fast-growing, independent experiential agency on their search for an Account Manager! This person will lead day-to-day client business for a growing portfolio of well-known brands across diverse industries. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams—driving impactful work, fostering strong partnerships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You’ll play a critical role in shaping strategy, guiding creative output, and ensuring exceptional delivery across all projects. Translate client briefs into clear, actionable direction for internal teams Develop compelling presentations and narratives that align with client objectives Communicate key updates and information proactively across cross-functional teams Evaluate creative work through the lens of business goals and provide strategic feedback Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Confidently present and advocate for strategic and creative ideas Business Strategy & Account Growth Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for organic account growth Leverage data and performance metrics to inform recommendations and measure success Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards Lead account planning efforts and contribute to long-term business strategy Guide teams to balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution Motivate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class work Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure team success Navigate complex situations with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment Operational Excellence Maintain accurate documentation of project details, decisions, and approvals Ensure timely communication and organization across all workstreams Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an agency account management role Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead integrated projects Strong presentation, storytelling, and writing skills Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams Experience working with data and performance metrics to guide decisions What We’re Looking For A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset A confident communicator who can influence and inspire Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities A collaborative team player who can also work independently A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Remote role (U.S.-based preferred) Must be available during Central Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) #J-18808-Ljbffr
