Base salary starts at $60k - $65k annually based on experience. This role is full-time, in-office in Plano, Texas. The Seat Shop is the authority in factory-matched replacement seat covers and foam cushions for full-size trucks and SUVs. In plain English: we help people fix their torn-up seats and love their ride again. What started in a garage in 2006 with two brothers and a big idea has grown into a fast-moving team of 40+ people who design, manufacture, and sell our own products that look and fit just like the factory originals. 2026 is shaping up to be a big year, and we’re expanding our Marketing team with a Video Producer & Social Media Rockstar — someone who lives and breathes content, can run a camera as confidently as a timeline, and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos. The Role This is a hands-on, creator-driven position . You’ll own video and social content from concept to final post — filming, lighting, editing, motion graphics, and publishing — across our organic and paid channels. You’ll be a key voice of the brand, working closely with our Director of Marketing to produce daily social content, weekly YouTube videos, and high-impact creative for launches and promotions. What You’ll Do Create video content from start to finish — concepting, filming, lighting, audio, editing, color, motion graphics, and delivery Produce short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, email, and the website Develop engaging, on-brand content that fits the tone and expectations of each platform Be comfortable behind and in front of the camera , helping present products, tell stories, and bring personality to the brand Shoot product videos, lifestyle content, installs, promos, and behind-the-scenes content Design simple motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and animated elements to elevate videos Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and campaigns Help plan content calendars and execute daily social posts and weekly YouTube content Continuously look for ways to improve performance, storytelling, and creative quality Culture Fit Matters Culture is huge at The Seat Shop.
