Description
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Build stronger relationships with current BPs through communication efforts, visits, enrollments, financial education workshops, etc.
Identify growth potential within existing and new BPs by evaluating membership penetration, developing a relationship with the main point of contact while identifying and evaluating additional needs.
Attend chamber events, community, and trade show events to continue to initiate new BP relationships.
Promote all products and services with cross‑selling to meet members' and BP's needs.
Responsible for securing and safeguarding all membership information collected at BP enrollments.
Report information to Membership Development Manager following BP visits and enrollments: results, feedback and needs.
Keep accurate records of Benefit Partner information.
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements
Increase BP and new member growth per year.
Work effectively with BP personnel and the Credit Union staff to build and maintain strong relationships.
Perform enrollments to increase product participation and reach corporate goals.
Attend community, chamber, and other networking events to increase awareness.
Conduct financial education workshops.
Knowledge And Skills
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience. Experience with business accounts preferred. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
Education
Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Physical Requirements
Moderate lifting required.
Work Environment
Must be able to travel and work non‑regular hours (evenings and weekends).
