The Role This role manages and handles the end of the Grandir sales cycle, from discovery, demo, to contract negotiation. At Grandir, we foster a fun and inclusive team-based culture and provide training, mentorship, and development to enable your success. As an AE, you will engage with prospective customers articulating the Grandir value proposition to close new business. Responsibilities Conduct consultations/meetings - learn how to identify pain points & areas of opportunity to understand and leverage key value propositions to establish value, and close deals! Learn & leverage pricing & cost analysis to achieve a competitive advantage in contract negotiations - fostering a Win/Win for Grandir and our customers Collaborate with Account Management to understand Grandir’s product & capabilities Benefits 24/7 gym & sauna access Annual company trip (Scottsdale, Seattle, and Mexico have all been previous locations) Monthly and quarterly incentives Growth opportunities within first 6 months Hands on daily sales training Details Location: Hybrid (Madison, WI) Compensation: $71,000/year OTE w/ uncapped commission Position Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
