Communications Manager

Overview Contract Role - hybrid between home and client site. Communications consultant - within global change programme Program Comms for the GBS deployment in North America region, including: Act as main focal point for Program Leaders, Senior Stakeholders and Market Representatives in the region on all Comms related topics Execute the Comms plan for NAC, in close alignment with Corporate Communication and Program stakeholders Create or localize comms collaterals and visual materials for Townhalls, Leadership presentations or wider employee communications, considering regional reality Keep constant proximity to the Program (progress, risks, ..) and key stakeholders and proactively identify comms needs in the regions and define appropriate mitigation actions in terms of stakeholder engagement, material needs or guidelines needed Report Change & Comms status within the overarching Governance, flagging stakeholder sentiment, risks and support needed Requirements: (Change/Communications) Consultant background with seniority and >10 years of experience in large-scale transformations Flexibility to be at client site in New Jersey regularly Strong experience in large-scale Program Communication roles Hands-on profile and flexibility to jump into new challenges and tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
