Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hendersonville, NC, for an Account Executive at Penny Insurance Agency. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify insurance needs, and act as a trusted advisor in matching clients with appropriate insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, maintaining current accounts, preparing coverage proposals, assisting clients with policy questions, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and insurance carriers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
