Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hendersonville, NC, for an Account Executive at Penny Insurance Agency. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify insurance needs, and act as a trusted advisor in matching clients with appropriate insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, maintaining current accounts, preparing coverage proposals, assisting clients with policy questions, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and insurance carriers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and secure new opportunities
Customer service expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Knowledge of insurance products and services, and an understanding of coverage options
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage accounts and meet deadlines effectively
Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office applications
State insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe
Previous experience in an insurance or sales-related field is preferred
