Job Summary The Marketing Assistant (Junior Marketer) supports executive leadership by assisting in the execution, analysis, and reporting of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role works closely with the C-suite and cross-functional teams to gather data, create marketing materials, support events, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks outside the box and thrives with minimal supervision and is comfortable communicating insights directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Support the C-suite in the execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Gather and analyze data related to campaign performance, including audience feedback and survey results. Prepare clear, detailed reports and present insights using visually appealing charts, graphs, and presentations for executive decision-makers. Create and manage surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to measure marketing impact. Assist with the planning, setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing and corporate events. Oversee and coordinate the design and graphics of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and executive-level presentation quality. Conduct market research to better understand organizational goals, industry trends, and target audiences. Handle interdepartmental communications and coordinate with vendors and internal teams on behalf of executive leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with executives, vendors, and internal teams. Creativity: Ability to develop visually appealing marketing materials and contribute creative ideas aligned with executive vision. Analytical Skills: Comfortable compiling, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear, executive-friendly format. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-Starter: Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision. Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to lift and carry 60+ pounds. Some travel will be required. Preferred Characteristics Highly motivated and detail-oriented. Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
