The Key Account Manager position maintains Western Logistics Express’ long-lasting customer relationships through excellent customer service, strong communication skills and high attention to detail. This position will also include working directly with outside trucking companies to negotiate covering loads on occasion.
Essential Functions
Primary point of contact between WLE and WLE Customers in the Commercial Services team.
Manage all daily customer-facing activities with assigned accounts.
Build relationships with key decision makers within the customer’s organization.
Work with Sales VP to develop SOP for each customer, detailing needs and expectations.
Actively position company solutions in a consultative manner.
Negotiate deals with the given clients, this includes rates, margins, payment and service agreements.
Assist AR with past due invoices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to build and grow customer relationships.
Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence with a focus on solving problems.
Attention to detail and proven communicator.
Enthusiastic and persistent.
Goal driven.
Base and uncapped commission.
