Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman. Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM’s can work 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 – 5:30 with half hour lunch.
