Responsibilities Answer incoming calls to the service department and assist clients with appointments, vehicle inquiries and general support.
Make outgoing calls to assist with customer service and build business for the department.
Work with the service team to provide excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Use technology to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Daily receipting for the parts and service department.
