Inputting Japanese customer order data into the system, requesting quotes from US military suppliers, managing delivery, and related tasks. Responsibilities: Input customer order data accurately into the system. Request quotes from US military suppliers. Manage delivery schedules and logistics. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or as a customer representative is a big plus. Accounting and administrative skills, system linkage skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and spoken communication skills. Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese. Solid understanding of new applications and systems.
