Paid Social Creative Strategist (DTC Ecommerce)
Residence Supply, Miami, FL, United States
We started as a local lighting brand obsessed with historical architecture and heirloom craftsmanship. In just a few years we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of design-obsessed homeowners. Our fixtures live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes.
Now we're building the ULTIMATE creative team. One that takes us from "fastest-growing DTC brand" to category-defining design house. We need an ads creative strategist who sees the world the way our customers do. Through the lens of vintage, heritage, and taste.
What You’ll Do: Build weekly ad briefs for paid social (short reels and statics)
Lead our in-house creative team to produce editorial-quality assets
Study winning DTC campaigns and interior design culture
Curate Pinterest boards + mood boards for campaigns
Kill weak creative before it ever reaches customer eyeballs
Work directly with our creative director and founder to identify patterns and iterate
Who You Are: 3+ years in ecommerce creative strategy
Proven experience driving revenue through paid social
Deep understanding of hooks, objections, AOV, CVR, LTV
Strong aesthetic judgment (you follow interior designers, editorial brands, and design publications)
Obsessive attention to layout, typography, lighting, and visual tone
What We’re Building: Residence Supply is not trying to be another ecommerce brand. We're building a heritage-driven design house within the next 365 days. We've been growing 100% year-over-year, and this role will help define the visual language that new customers judge us by. Your work will live in the feeds of design-obsessed homeowners across the country.
Compensation: Performance bonus tied to creative performance
Direct access to founder-level strategy
Clear growth path toward Creative Lead / Creative Director
If you think most brands have bad taste and lazy angles.... and you know how to fix both, then welcome to the team. If the interview goes well, we will be hiring on the call. Good luck...
