About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, early-career Account Manager to join our Operations team in Sioux Falls, SD . This role is a great fit for recent college graduates or those at the start of their careers who are excited to gain hands‑on experience in SaaS, customer operations, and technology.
You’ll be at the center of the customer experience—supporting onboarding, driving early product adoption, and helping customers see real value from the KonstructIQ platform. You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you’ll learn through a structured onboarding program, mentorship from experienced teammates, and daily collaboration across Product, Support, and Sales.
As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, build strong customer relationships, and play a key role in shaping how we onboard and support customers at scale.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Onboarding & Activation
Support new customers through a structured onboarding journey, from kickoff to product activation
Help customers learn workflows, features, and best practices to achieve early wins
Set clear expectations, timelines, and success milestones during onboarding
Partner with Support and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and timely issue resolution
Relationship Management & Customer Support
Build trusted relationships by learning customers’ goals, challenges, and day‑to‑day workflows
Act as a product guide and advisor, helping customers apply KonstructIQ to real‑world use cases
Monitor customer engagement and product usage to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Learning, Growth & Process Improvement
Develop strong product and technical knowledge through training, shadowing, and hands‑on experience
Identify onboarding friction points and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and customer insights in CRM tools
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support customer success and company growth
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong interest in technology, software, and AI‑driven tools
Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable asking questions, explaining concepts, and building rapport
A proactive, organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced startup environment
Team‑oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Internship, part‑time, or project experience in customer‑facing, operations, or support roles
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Exposure to SaaS, startups, construction, or field‑service industries
Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, or AI‑powered products
