Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (dependent on experience) Benefits include: competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts, with a focus on construction and contractor clients. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction/contractor accounts. Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
