About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT and Cybersecurity Services Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market success of our IT and Cybersecurity Services portfolio—including Professional Services, IT Support Services, Training Services, and Managed Services. This role is central to shaping how our services reach customers through partner enablement, globally consistent content, creative multi‑channel campaigning, and strong amplification across owned and partner‑led messaging.
You will thrive here if you combine strategic vision with a hands‑on, sleeves‑rolled‑up approach. The role requires someone who can define and secure C‑level alignment for innovative, pipeline‑generating marketing strategies while also driving day‑to‑day execution. You will influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams rather than rely on direct headcount initially, with the scope to build internal and contractor support as the function grows over the medium to long term.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear and differentiated positioning for key service categories aligned with the company’s overall business strategy; create compelling messaging and collateral that articulate the value of Exclusive Networks’ Services to vendors, partners, and end customers; and partner with regional marketing teams to adapt and activate global campaigns locally.
Develop and manage global and regional campaign assets promoting Services across digital, social, partner, and event channels.
Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to produce high‑quality materials—videos, brochures, solution briefs, case studies, and presentations—while creating enablement content and sales tools that empower field and partner teams to effectively position and sell Services.
Maintain the Services marketing content library and ensure alignment with the Global Digital Assets Hub.
Work closely with Global Services leadership, Regional Marketing Directors, and Vendor Marketing teams to ensure consistency and coordination across initiatives; partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Business Innovation Group (BIG) to support go‑to‑market launches and new service innovations.
Contribute to cross‑functional projects supporting the evolution of X‑OD and subscription‑based offerings.
Track performance and KPIs for Services marketing initiatives, including engagement, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
Recommend optimization strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency of Services marketing investments.
Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, project timelines, and agency deliverables to ensure successful global program delivery.
Support regional activation and adaptation of global campaigns through toolkits and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving strategy and execution across EMEA and global markets.
Must have taken Professional Services, Support Services, training Services, and Managed Services to the market in previous roles, ideally within an IT distributor or the Channel, or Vendor.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, Networking and Infrastructure within the distribution or channel ecosystems strongly preferred.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex service propositions into clear customer value.
Demonstrated collaboration skills with global and regional stakeholders.
Experience working with agencies and managing budgets effectively.
