Key Responsibilities: Represent AT&T’s B2B campaigns, engaging directly with decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses. Collaborate with leadership to stay current on AT&T’s products, services, and promotions. Communicate the value of AT&T’s solutions clearly and confidently in professional settings. Address business client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Present tailored service recommendations based on client needs and priorities. Provide feedback to improve sales processes and enhance client satisfaction. Uphold A2i Enterprise’s reputation by representing AT&T with integrity and excellence. Qualifications: Experience in customer-facing or business-facing roles (sales, marketing, or account management preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and CRM systems. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
