We are currently hiring a Marketing & Communications Associate on behalf of our client in the Austin, TX area. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated, outgoing individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development .
In this role, you'll represent our client's brand through face-to-face customer interactions, helping drive new customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support ongoing sales initiatives. As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you'll play a key role in communicating the value of our client's products and services while developing professional skills in sales strategy, relationship building, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Represent our client's brand through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
Build relationships with prospective customers and educate them on available products and services
Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales conversations
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Maintain thorough knowledge of our client's products, promotions, and service offerings
Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and customer outreach strategies
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales documentation
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment focused on performance and growth
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, communications, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
