100+ outbound cold calls per day
Sell to solo real estate agents & small teams
Maintain pipeline in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
9-day average sales cycle (typically closes within 30 days)
45% close rate with strong one-call close potential
✅ Job Requirements:
1–3+ years of B2B sales experience
SaaS + SMB + outbound sales motion required
High drive, hunger, and willingness to grind for 6–9 months to earn promotion
Strong rapport-building + consultative selling skills
Organized with pipeline management
Real estate industry exposure is a plus (not required)
