Direct exposure to private equity, M&A, capital markets, or sponsor-backed environments.
Strong understanding of transaction processes, financial terminology, and the pace required in deal-driven situations.
Established relationships with financial and business media preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling messaging.
Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the drive to independently execute multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail across all deliverables, particularly in high-stakes transaction materials.
