Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Manager, located in Fayetteville, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with DEX Imaging’s offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, following‑up with clients for feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Sales, account management, and client needs analysis experience
Problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Prior experience in document imaging, office equipment, or related B2B industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and maintaining client relationships
