Account Executive (MUST be a lawyer)
OurFirm.ai, New York, NY, United States
OurFirm.ai is building the first agentic, outcome-driven litigation platform. We combine AI-powered drafting, citation verification, judge analytics, and workflow automation to help litigators win more efficiently.
Founded by a trial attorney with 14+ years in state and federal courts, we are venture-backed and scaling quickly within the Am Law and mid-market litigation ecosystem.
This is not generic legal AI. This is litigation infrastructure.
The Role
We’re hiring a high-ownership Account Executive to drive revenue across Am Law and litigation-focused firms (10–200+ attorneys). You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to enterprise close — and help define our go-to-market motion as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to sell a product with clear ROI, strong user love, and executive-level relevance. You MUST be a lawyer.
What You’ll Do
Run high-impact product demos tailored to real litigation workflows
Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (practice group leaders, innovation teams, managing partners)
Collaborate directly with the CEO on pricing strategy and complex deal structuring
Represent OurFirm.ai at conferences and legal industry events
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
What You Bring
2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (legal tech strongly preferred)
MUST have a law degree
Demonstrated quota attainment in a startup or high-growth environment
Ability to speak credibly with senior litigators and law firm leadership
High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity
Nice to Have
Experience selling into Am Law firms
Existing relationships within litigation practice groups
Familiarity with tools like Lexis, Westlaw, Harvey, CoCounsel, or litigation support platforms
What We Offer
Competitive base + uncapped commission
Ground-floor role in a venture-backed legal AI company
Direct access to the founder and influence over GTM strategy
High-demand product with strong word-of-mouth traction
