ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing and Communications (Marcomms) Intern will play a key role in supporting digital marketing execution across social media, website content, paid media, campaigns, and CRM‑related workflows. This role is designed for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual who is eager to gain hands‑on experience while contributing meaningfully to a fast‑paced marketing organization. This internship provides exposure to real‑world marketing operations while giving the Marcomms team increased bandwidth to focus on high‑value strategic initiatives. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Digital & Social Media Draft, schedule, and publish social posts. Assistwith paid LinkedIn campaign setup and optimization. Website & Content Publishing Support updates to the website, including articles, case studies, and product pages. Help proofread, format, and publish digital content. Google Ads & Paid Media Assistwith campaign setup and keyword review. Monitor performance and coordinate optimizations with the Marcomms team. Campaign Execution Support Help build campaign deliverables and track tasks. Prepare campaign recap slides, summaries, or reporting snapshots. Lead Assignment & CRM Support Monitor inbound leads and ensuretimelyassignment. Conduct basic data hygiene checks and flag any issues or trends. General Marketing Support Assistwith marketing research, administrative tasks, and project workflows. Support shared inboxes, asset organization, and team operations. Qualifications Currentlypursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Interestin digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics. Familiarity with LinkedIn,Canva,Google Ads, or CMS tools is a plus (training provided). Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively. What You Will Learn Hands‑on experience in digitalmarketing executionand paid media. End‑to‑end campaign support and cross‑functional collaboration. Insights into content strategy, analytics, and brand governance. Real‑world experience with marketing tools and CRM workflows.
