Your role will involve connecting individuals who have experienced motor vehicle accidents with attorneys who can assist them. Responsibilities include: Achieving Swift Response Time: Respond to inquiries within 3 minutes to demonstrate your proactive approach. Building Customer Rapport: Develop strong relationships with clients, aiming for at least a 30% close rate. Driving Contact Rates: Reach an 85% contact rate on inquiries. Accurate Verbal Recap: Clearly communicate facts during calls. Qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience. Basic proficiency in Excel and email platforms. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Computer literate with multitasking skills. Details: Full-time position with a pay rate of $22/hour plus bonuses.
