We are partnering with a fast growing building automation and controls provider seeking a top performing Account Executive to drive new business across commercial and industrial markets. This is a high visibility, revenue generating role for someone who knows how to sell BAS/BMS solutions and close complex, technical deals.
What You’ll Own: Develop new commercial relationships across healthcare, education, industrial, and institutional sectors
Identify and close BAS/BMS integration opportunities within HVAC systems
Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized automation solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline within your territory
What We’re Looking For: 3 to 7+ years selling Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or Energy Management solutions
Strong understanding of DDC controls and smart building technologies
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a technical sales environment
Confident, consultative seller who can influence facility leaders and executives
