Marketing ecommerce Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to support our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about digital commerce and marketing. You will play a key role in managing product listings, supporting content creation, coordinating assets, and assisting with day-to-day e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include: Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Walmart Supplier Center and other e-tailers Draft product descriptions, bullet points, and packaging copy Maintain and update internal product information management systems Assist with asset management, including image editing (e.g., recoloring) and coordinating with freelance designers for enhanced content Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to support product launches and brand initiatives Coordinate with internal and external partners on retail POP displays and ongoing support Work with sales teams to organize and ship product samples, and provide necessary assets and launch timelines Manage product review processes and monitor feedback Conduct market and competitive research across e-commerce platforms Pull inventory for samples, photoshoots, and other needs Ship product and review samples as required Handle various administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, attentive to detail and has a flexible schedule. Must be tech-savvy with a strong interest in ecommerce Ability to work in a team environment Familiar with Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite Previous marketing internship or ecommerce internship is preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Salsify experience is a plus Full Time in Office in Edison NJ- NOT A FREELANCE POSITION!!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
