Job Description Work closely with MFA team members to develop a social media plan for the Creative Writing dept. (1 hour) Develop and maintain relationships with MFA community through social media by monitoring their publications and accomplishments, as well as other activities, and promoting those activities on various mediums (2 hours) Generate new content daily that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage (10 hours) Announce MFA-related activities, information, and announcements on social media when necessary (4 hours) Collaborate with Antioch Marketing, other MFA team members including the Newsletter Editor to generate content (1 hour) Create other innovative and new marketing and social media ideas to generate interest in Antioch’s MFA program and our community (2 hours) Qualifications Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience Willingness and ability to learn new platforms and tools (we use Canva to create social media graphics, Buffer to schedule posts, and social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Engagement and professional interest in literary community will be helpful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
