
Account Executive - Juniors Apparel

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities and potential retail partners
Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective accounts to introduce product offerings
Present seasonal collections and product assortments to buyers and decision-makers
Maintain and update all sales activity, account information, and communication within internal systems
Set and monitor sales targets, evaluating performance and adjusting strategies as needed
Communicate customer feedback, product insights, and market trends to internal teams
Partner cross-functionally with costing, production, shipping, and design teams to ensure smooth order execution
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order management, delivery timelines, and account support
Qualifications
2+ year of experience in sales, preferably within apparel or fashion
Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Understanding of apparel production timelines, delivery schedules, and sales calendars
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
$65k-85k range
