About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team in a full-time, on-site position based in Clearwater, FL. This role is 80% tactical execution and 20% strategy—you'll dive deep into day-to-day operations like keyword research, Google Ads tweaks, campaign drafting, and performance optimization, while also contributing to high-level planning as we scale. As we grow rapidly, this position offers clear progression to a Director-level role within the first year for the right candidate who demonstrates both execution excellence and strategic vision. You'll help drive client acquisition for our law firm clients, manage our own marketing efforts, and support the team's expansion in this exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms to generate high-quality leads to obtain law firms as clients.
Conduct keyword research, refine SEO strategies, and implement on-page/off-page optimizations to improve organic visibility.
Draft, test, and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automation sequences using marketing tools.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results and client satisfaction.
Coordinate content creation, maintain and update our CRM platform, and support the development of sales training materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities, refine processes, and prepare for scaling as the agency expands.
Who You Are
Proven proficiency in designing and executing marketing strategies, including paid advertising, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows.
Demonstrated success with SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc), and digital marketing tools/platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while hitting deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., for workflows and tracking), and data analysis for performance optimization.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
Prior marketing experience in service-based industries or the legal sector is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $85,000-$100,000 per year
PTO and sick days after 90 days
