Account Manager

Our division consistently performs at an elite level, averaging $150,000 in quarterly production per recruiter , and we’re continuing to scale with multiple openings across several roles. What You’ll Do Manage and grow client relationships while acting as a trusted talent partner Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruiting strategy Own the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake to placement Develop long-term client partnerships and identify expansion opportunities Drive revenue through successful placements and account growth What We’re Looking For 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (required) Experience working directly with clients or managing accounts Proven track record of placements and revenue generation in agency recruiting Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2–3 days per week in office) in the Newport Beach / Irvine area Why Join Our Team Salary for this position is between $65,00-$100,000 Total OTE between $150,000-$300,000 **Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
