Role and Responsibilities Food Styling & Meal Prep Identifies if food stylist is needed by shoot Schedules and books food stylist Coordinates shoot day logistics with food stylist Selects and coordinates meals for shoot Coordinate cook ovens and prop oven delivery Logistics Budgeting & Submitting invoices (from talent/ crew) Script edits routing Managing contracts Keeping team up to speed Prop ordering Location booking + securing insurance Talent booking + usage rights coordination Marketing coordination Usage rights tracking Photoshoot prop orders Photoshoot backdrop orders Important to Note!
