What You’ll Do
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and advisor engagement —helping drive visibility, deepen advisor relationships, and move opportunities forward. This is a high-impact role supporting firm growth through digital marketing, sales enablement, and field team execution. It’s a foundational role and you will be given great autonomy to help build our national efforts. It’s a position without limits and we envision a successful path leading to your own book of business or CMO type role.
Own our CRM (HubSpot): organize data, manage workflows, and generate pipeline insights
Create sales maps, implement automation, and track key metrics
Build out processes that deepen advisor relationships
Execute outreach campaigns (email and phone) to promote meetings and events
Develop social media campaigns and monitor companies LinkedIn
Utilize sales analytics to monitor campaign/web traffic
Plan and promote high-quality advisor events (branch meetings, lunches, webinars)
Write compelling invitations, manage RSVPs, and boost attendance
Turn post-event engagement into sales opportunities
Marketing & Content
Create and distribute sharp, professional marketing content
Contribute to PowerPoints, social media posts, and email campaigns
Write LinkedIn posts, use basic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing platforms
Support brand voice across touchpoints
Field Sales Support
Schedule meetings and build routes for external wholesalers
Coordinate email campaigns and assist in social media engagement
Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related field, experience in
2-5+ Years of experience in sales, marketing and/or relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (financial field a plus)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills, and a general willingness to grow a business through relationship-building.
Requires ability to understand and maintain knowledge of financial service operations, products, and concepts with the ability to apply marketing strategies and systems
Must have good oral and written communication skills plus the ability to develop effective relationships and motivate producer behavior
Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues) and external clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Social media and video content experience a plus
