Brand Marketing Specialist (Contract) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2 We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth and maximize market share. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help execute marketing programs, campaigns, and brand strategies that support overall business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced consumer brand environment , managing multiple projects, and contributing to marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of brand plans and marketing programs that drive business growth Manage multiple brand projects and ensure they are delivered on time and in full Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Packaging, Finance, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Support seasonal merchandising programs, product launches, and marketing initiatives Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage consumers Create and manage monthly social media calendars Support influencer marketing initiatives and content briefs Assist with PR and brand communication plans Analyze marketing and e-commerce performance and provide recommendations to improve results Review competitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain brand website content and support digital marketing initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing programs, or a related role Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with marketing analytics or social media tools is a plus Additional Information Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA Potential for up to 10% travel Opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute to brand growth initiatives If you’re interested in contributing to impactful marketing campaigns and working in a collaborative brand environment, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
