What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the strategy and execution of trade shows, sponsorships, and company‑hosted events
Drive pipeline acceleration by converting event engagement into revenue and ensuring lead capture in HubSpot and Salesforce
Serve as a strategic partner to field sales teams, aligning activities with regional priorities
Advocate for brand consistency in messaging focused on AI‑powered governance and identity security
Track, analyze, and report on event performance to demonstrate measurable ROI
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high‑stakes initiatives
Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking and optimizing event performance
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
