JOB DESCRIPTION As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and executing the annual marketing plan in alignment with the company’s sales strategy and brand positioning for the USA. Your mission will be to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth by ensuring consistent and impactful activation across all relevant channels. You will work closely with internal teams and local partners to adapt global initiatives to the specific market context, maximizing the effectiveness of campaigns and commercial actions. Additionally, you will place special focus on dealer service and support, strengthening relationships to foster long-term loyalty and maximize the brand’s presence in both their physical and digital environments. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand equity and contribute directly to revenue growth through strategic planning, strong execution, and continuous market optimization. Contribute to inspiring riders and shaping the future of cycling in the USA while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the annual marketing and dealer support plan to boost brand visibility and sales. Manage the budget and ensure all campaigns, events, and initiatives hit their targets. Align marketing, sales, and event actions with the Country Manager Lead dealer support, demo events, local media, social media, brand ambassadors, and content creation. Train and support dealers on products and Orbea tools, building loyalty and strong brand presence. Track performance with KPIs, competitor analysis, and market insights to optimize results PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS 3–5+ years of marketing experience in the bicycle industry. Proven track record supporting dealers and managing events to boost brand presence. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable traveling across USA for dealer and event support, with occasional trips to Orbea headquarters in Spain. US driver’s license required. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Golden, Colorado.
