As an engagement specialist, you will work closely to marketing and creative marketing lead to plan, prepare and advise on logistics for regional and national events such as new office openings, anniversary events, outreach events and other marketing initiatives that impact our clients and business! Responsibilities Manage all marketing events logistics Master of Ceremony (MC) all company events Film/capture client photo/video testimonials off‑site (clients’ residence/workplace) Order and manage all promotional items for all our offices Capture clients’ reviews for our platforms Coordinate client and office celebrations Collaborate with Creative Services Specialist and Creative Team Lead to generate content on a weekly basis Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and outline messaging that resonates with the target audience. Travel regionally and nationally for office openings and promotional events Additional Skills Event planning and execution experience Creative flair and ability to generate engaging content Proficient in photography and video production Project management Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining brand guidelines.
