Email Marketing Manager

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Manager based in Dublin, NH, with opportunities for some remote work. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation tools, driving lead generation through effective strategies, and optimizing email performance. Responsibilities include customer segmentation, analyzing campaign metrics, and contributing to the broader digital marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals. Qualifications Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools, including Photoshop, basic HTML5 coding, Listrak, Google Docs, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, and knowledge of opt-in/opt-out practices Strong skills in marketing and lead generation strategies Expertise in B2C and ecommerce marketing Excellent project management and organizational abilities Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in digital marketing, including email campaign development and performance analytics Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Experience with ESP back-end to schedule, create, deploy and report on email campaigns Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred with 5 or more years of proven experience in B2C email marketing in the ecommerce industry Experience in a media or content-driven organization is a plus How to Apply: The Email Marketing Manager position is not a remote position.
