Join to apply for the Product Marketing Manager role at NXP Semiconductors 23 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Product Marketing Manager role at NXP Semiconductors Direct message the job poster from NXP Semiconductors Focus on new application market and new product business development Deeply engage with top customers of target applications for new opportunities Provide regular and timely updates of customers’ short-term and long-term product demand 'and forecast to internal teams Be involved with NPI process, provide market support documents with solid data and justification to kick off the new project Collaborate closely with define, design and marketing teams to translate market insights into detailed product specifications Develop and execute strong Go-to-Market (GtM) strategy for portfolio of product under responsibility Provide regular product and market competitive analysis working with System & Applications, Technical Marketing, and Product Definition teams Analyze requirements, generate innovative concepts, and document specifications Responsibilities Focus on new application market and new product business development Deeply engage with top customers of target applications for new opportunities Provide regular and timely updates of customers’ short-term and long-term product demand 'and forecast to internal teams Be involved with NPI process, provide market support documents with solid data and justification to kick off the new project Collaborate closely with define, design and marketing teams to translate market insights into detailed product specifications Develop and execute strong Go-to-Market (GtM) strategy for portfolio of product under responsibility Provide regular product and market competitive analysis working with System & Applications, Technical Marketing, and Product Definition teams Analyze requirements, generate innovative concepts, and document specifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Strong results-driven and self-starter who demonstrates high accountability Knowledge and experience in analog, mixed-signal, or power electronics is a strong desired plus Prior experience in Automotive electronics is highly desired Prior experience supporting BMS AFE, HV gate drivers, motor drivers, power conversion or automotive body/domain products is desired At least 3-year experience in customer-facing role (Applications, Sales, Technical Marketing) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Chinese and English Fluent-level proficiency in speaking and writing English (business level) Strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to develop strong business cases for new and existing products Located in or near Shanghai Proven skills in negotiating pricing versus key products specs and features with customers Experience in supporting applications in the Industrial markets is a plus Willingness and ability to travel extensively across China and occasionally internationally More information about NXP in Greater China...
