Learn more about us here: www.swapwear.com Role Summary (Junior-Friendly) SwapWear is looking for a video-first creator who’s excited to build their marketing career inside a real startup environment. You’ll help run our day-to-day social content across Instagram (primary) , Facebook (secondary) , and TikTok (growing). Creating short-form videos, sourcing UGC, supporting influencer collaborations, keeping our brand aesthetic consistent, and helping moderate/engage with our community. This is a rare chance to be close to the founders, move fast, learn a ton, and build a portfolio with content that’s genuinely fun to make (modular jackets + wearable art + supporting artists worldwide = endless creative angles). We've had multiple posts hit over a million views with no zero paid spend behind them. You’ll get hands-on experience across multiple parts of marketing: content, UGC, influencer collabs, community Meaningful impact: your work will be seen, tested, and scaled quickly What You’ll Do Stay organized: content calendar, batching, scheduling, asset library, simple tracking sheets Source UGC: find creators, outreach, send simple briefs, collect deliverables, track permissions Support influencer collabs: help coordinate partnerships, follow-ups, and post scheduling Protect the brand vibe: keep visuals, tone, and “how we show up” consistent Community engagement + moderation: reply to comments, remove spam, handle basic questions, elevate support issues Learn what works: spot winning hooks/formats and iterate fast (without overthinking) What We’re Looking For (Entry-Level) You’re strong at making and editing short-form video (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut) You use Instagram daily and understand what performs; you’re excited to grow on TikTok You’re fast, coachable, and you can ship volume and improve every week You’re organized and reliable (calendars, deadlines, checklists, metric tracking ) You have good taste and can match a brand’s tone and aesthetic Photoshop / Illustrator for simple static assets (thumbnails, story graphics, ad variations) Any experience with UGC, influencers, or social scheduling tools (even personal projects count) Able to interpret performance metrics and connect them to content decisions (what to create more of, what to adjust, and what to stop) Success Looks Like Consistent weekly posting and content output Faster turnaround times and improved content quality over time A steady UGC pipeline with everything tracked and organized Strong community engagement (fast replies, clean comment sections) Clear creative momentum: more testing, more winners, better consistency Key metrics: Views, Engagement, Hook Rates, Hold Rates, Customer Acquisition Costs Logistics Location: 78728 North Austin, TX (Hybrid: remote + in-office) Hours: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time Pay: Start at $19/hour, with a clear raise path to $20/hour within 90 days based on performance Start: January–March 2026 Note: To confirm you carefully read the posting, please answer “How did you hear about this opportunity?” with rabbit . #J-18808-Ljbffr
