Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, located in Costa Mesa CA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing tailored benefit strategies, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, performing compliance reviews, overseeing claims resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Qualifications Experience in client relationship management, account oversight, and customer service Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance plans, and compliance regulations Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and craft strategic recommendations Problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and a client-first approach Prior experience in insurance or employee benefits is highly advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
