This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for full‑cycle sales and building a pipeline while helping refine how the company sells. Key Responsibilities Own full‑cycle sales Prospecting and pipeline generation Running discovery with operational and technical stakeholders Managing multi‑threaded deals Negotiating and closing enterprise agreements Build and manage a pipeline Self‑source opportunities Reduce dependence on founder‑led pipeline Identify repeatable prospecting channels Partner with founders on GTM Refine messaging and positioning Provide win/loss insights Help shape pricing and packaging Systematize what works Turn successful deals into repeatable frameworks Improve qualification and discovery Help build the early sales playbook Raise the bar for GTM Coach future hires Set the standard for how deals are run Interested in hearing more?
